Design - Modern

Let's separate the two different points of design for PornTrex: desktop design and mobile. On desktop, PornTrex is very, very clean. I love this modern take on a really good free porn website. In their massage section, the videos take up most of my screen which is always ideal. There's a convenient sidebar on the left with some added options and other categories to find around PornTrex. The videos are clearly labeled, too (for the most part). I get to see what sort of quality they're in (which is typically HD).

Clicking on a video and I'm immediately met with a huge video window. There's some information about the window beneath that nad some recommended videos - a classic thing.

Moving onto my phone and PornTrex still sort of looks good. The design is a little compact which maybe doesn't need to be. It's not always necessary for you to have videos in twos going down a page. You can make it work with one, a bigger thumbnail, and some more scrolling. I'd be fine with that. Going to a massage video on my phone is a little bit sad. The window preview screen is very small. There is always the option to make a video much bigger by going fullscreen on a phone so I won't beat them up too badly on that note.

However, where PornTrex's design falls flat on its fucking face is with all the ads. They have terrible ad spam. On a desktop, there's more room for these ads to be around. So, with that in mind, they're a bit more integrated with the website. On mobile, everything's big and pops up in front of my face way too often.

Content - Soft & Squishy

PornTrex has a good array of massage porn under their belt. According to the site, they have over two thousand videos. Not a "huge" library but still very good. They've come with some attractive and erotic thumbnails for their videos. Other than the title of a video and the pornstar in it, the thumbnails can really grab the attention of a potential viewer. I think PornTrex does still well and all their videos follow that same pattern.

PornTrex also has this interesting video previewer. On a desktop computer, if you hover your mouse over a video and slowly move along it, you'll see snapshots of different scenes. It's a cool take on it. But on mobile, this does not work at all. You can get it to freeze on one spot and that's it. Holding on a phone, as you know, will bring up options for your browser. So, it's not well optimized for a smartphone.

A good chunk of the videos are also tagged well. I like seeing videos that include the name of the pornstar in the video. PornTrex does show that and the pages for pornstars are amazing. You're able to see a host of other videos, too. Getting back to the massage porn side of things, there is a variety to their videos. There are even some Japanese porn massage videos, too.

A Good Start (The Positives)

PornTrex has got themselves a very good start. Right off the line, they've got their design on point. Too many times free porn sites go with this weird fucking design and it makes it look terrible. PornTrex has taken a modern approach with a very clean and clear design to their porn site. It looks good on desktop and mobile, even though mobile may seem a little too compact. Overall, it still holds its charm.

As I unraveled their content, I've found a good host of massage porn videos. There are over two thousand massage porn videos. PornTrex's massage porn videos look so damn good. Most of the time, you're going to come across HD quality massage porn videos. There will be some odd ones out that aren't HD but they're still okay to watch.

There is a little bit of hidden content on PornTrex which I've found by just being curious. They provide photos from these porn videos. It's a nice addition to the videos but they really could be so much better. PornTrex hasn't unleashed the potential of their porn photos tied to these videos just yet.

Not There Yet (The Negatives)

There is one very strong issue about PornTrex. I'm calling this a negative because they shouldn't be as they are and they should work on fixing them. The first negative would be the serious problem with ads. I know and get it, ads are a part of free porn sites. They need to get some sort of revenue if they aren't offering some premium benefit package. But the ads are dogshit. They pop up a lot on desktop but are sort of manageable. On my phone, these ads are a terrible pain to have to fucking deal with.

There is also an odd issue with some of tags for the massage videos. I’ve come across a bunch that have numbers as tags? Some are in the thousands and come with a minus sign before them. Not sure what these tags are for but they don’t look good visually. I doubt there’s a porn fetish or kink that’s a fucking negative number in the thousands.

Fine Tuning (My Suggestions)

My first suggestion would be to fix up these ads. If they want to leave them as they are on desktop computers, fine. I can work around them. But on my phone? No. These ads need to be changed. The ads that constantly pop up my screen every ten seconds need to be gone. There are much better ways to work ads than spamming them.

Next, PornTrex needs to do better with these porn photos. Imagine finding a really good video you love and want one of these pictures for your phone or tablet. Right now, when you click on the photo slideshow, they're tiny. I can't see shit! Make these photos bigger. Include another window beneath the comments section, or before, with these photos. Let them be their full size and maybe open in a new tab so you can save them for later.

In Conclusion

PornTrex and their massage porn section is a fantastic addition to an already decent porn website. I love that they're free but offer such great quality massage porn. I can see myself spending more time here and going through it. Seeing as PornTrex shines with content and design there are some bad sides. The ad issue is real and glaring. Some features of the website go without proper love. If PornTrex can fine tune their issues and boost other items, they'll be in a much better position moving forward in porn.
